I cannot add/save a new learning experience

If you look at the uploaded pic, this is where the app sits as it saves the added learning experience information. I've tried and repeated this many times.

Just a follow-up: I did add my background info, in case. I went back into the add a learning experience, got to the "add multi-day session" so when I selected it to add a session, the web interface goes blank. This was a repeatable bug.
